About
Description
Are you ready to take the next step in your research career? The Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) aims at attracting talented young researchers by using the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships programme.
NMBU is a hub of expertise within life sciences, environmental sciences and in the arena of sustainable development. NMBU hosts two Research Excellence Centres funded by the Norwegian Research Council and one Nordic Centre of Excellence funded by Nordic Council of Ministers.
We will offer a complete training package for MSCA-PF applicants that intend to apply with NMBU as host institution, free of charge.
About MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships
Postdoctoral Fellowships (previously called Individual Fellowships) support the mobility of researchers within and beyond Europe - as well as helping to attract the best foreign researchers to work in the EU or associated countries. The grant usually covers two years' salary, a mobility allowance, research costs and overheads for the host institution. Individual researchers submit proposals for funding in liaison with their planned host organisation. Proposals are judged on their research quality, the researcher's future career prospects, and the support offered by the host organisation. All research areas can be funded and MSCA Fellows come from a wide variety of disciplines
The 2021 Call is expected to open on 15. April 2021 with a deadline of 15. September 2021.
